[Help?] How would I go about making a tobacco or premixed 70/30 VG/PG blend?

I’m getting either some JWH-210 or CHM-SGT-151 that I’d like to see if I could consume without taking it orally or up my bum.

The only tools I have are a stove, a microwave, an oven, 70/30 VG/PG e-liquid with the aroma already added, and pipe tobacco.

It is possible to just drizzle or sandwich the powder in the pipe with tobacco and then smoke it like that?

Is it possible to just melt the powder by putting it in a small glass container in the microwave or putting the glass container in a pot of nearly boiling water and then mixing it with the e-liquid when it melts?

Sorry if there are other posts that have the answers to these questions. I wasn’t able to find a concrete answer through Google or the Reddit search feature.
